Cages!
Let's talk cages, cages is a topic i like to talk about and educte people on.
First lets talk bad cages, some bad cages believe it or not are the CritterTrail cages. CritterTrail cages are way too small! Unless you have 3 to 4 cages conected to each other then you should not have a CritterTrail. By thinking of the size of the CritterTrail anything around the same size is not big enough. Below i have a picture of the Super Pet CritterTrail cage, this cage is not stackable unless you were to attach another cage to the side.

The same goes for these cages; Petstore cages, Carefresh cages and 10 gallon tanks or smaller. Ok petstore cages are way to small, Carefresh cages are too small but you can still stack them up and 10 gallon or smaller tanks are way to small and skinny to house your hamster.
Let's talk good cages now. Anything bigger than a ten gallon tank like a 20 gallon is a good size for a hamster but they can sometimes be too expensive. Another alternative is a DIY or bin cage for a DIY cage you can watch ErinsHamster's DIY cage below!
